Initial call
A free call to hear your needs, scope the work, and understand what you hope to accomplish by bringing AI to your team.

Booking
You get a written scope with one flat price. Pick your package and lock in your training dates.

Prep call, 2 weeks out
We go over your systems, software, and accounts, and set clear expectations so day one runs smoothly.
04
1 to 3 days on site
I come to your office, set up Claude for everyone, and train each person on their own work.
After the visit, ongoing support is available whenever your team needs it.

What your business needs in place.
Claude connects to your business through your cloud accounts. The more of your work lives there, the more Claude can take on. We review all of this on the prep call, and if something is missing, I help you plan the switch.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Business accounts are how Claude connects to your email, calendars, and documents, with your admin controlling access. Claude's Microsoft 365 connection does not work with personal Outlook.com or Hotmail accounts.
Files
Shared cloud storage everyone uses
SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive, with the whole team saving there, so Claude can search and work across all of it. Files scattered across individual computers or a local server can't be reached that way.
Logins
A work email for every employee
Each person signs in with their own business email address. No shared logins, so every person's setup, access, and history stays their own.
Accounting
QuickBooks Online, not Desktop
Intuit's connection to Claude works with QuickBooks Online, so Claude can work directly with your books. A QuickBooks Desktop company file lives on one computer and can't connect the same way.
Access
Admin or IT approvals done before I arrive
Microsoft 365 requires a one-time approval from your Microsoft admin before anyone can connect, and some Google setups need the admin to trust Claude. Ideally your admin or IT person completes these before I arrive, using the steps I send after our prep call, so training starts right away.
Devices
Current computers and phones
A Mac on macOS 13 or later or a PC on Windows 10 or later for each person, plus their phone if your accounts use phone sign-in verification.
